I am a computer scientist working in close collaboration with biologists, and my activities are organised along two main lines: modelling of networks controlling biological processes, and methodological developments for efficient analyses of these models. I mainly focus on the logical modelling framework (including Boolean networks) to assess the behaviour of large regulatory and signalling networks.
